Private Lessons 2026 - 2027

If you are interested in scheduling a private lesson, please fill out this form. Please list multiple time slots for availability. Private lessons are scheduled on Student/Teacher/Room availability.

We offer private and group lessons for beginner, intermediate, and advanced students of all ages and musical backgrounds! Our lessons are scheduled in 30, 45, and 60 minute increments. Our students will be given the opportunity to study a wide variety of musical styles, from contemporary, classical, worship, pop, rock, latin, jazz, and more! Students will typically study in a range of repertoire which prepares them for performance in Solo, Chamber, Band, and Orchestral settings.

New students must bring a filled out registration form with them on the first day of class.

Piano Lessons

Our piano students will become familiar with both traditional notation, chord charts, and lead sheets.

Beginner students will learn the foundations of piano technique, while also learning music theory, note reading, and rhythm.

Intermediate and advanced piano students will refine their musical skills and techniques through learning more challenging music and theoretical approaches.

Guitar Lessons

Lessons are available for electric guitar, acoustic guitar, ukulele, bass guitar, and mandolin.

Beginner students will learn foundational guitar technique and musical skills such as reading standard notation, tab, chords, melodies, and improvisation.

Intermediate and advanced students will refine their musical skills and techniques by learning more challenging music and theoretical approaches, building music theory skills, and refining their guitar technique.

Voice Lessons

For Beginner students, when lessons begin the focus is on healthy vocal technique and breath support so that students can create the most beautiful tone possible. Technical skills will be addressed through warm ups, vocal exercises, and repertoire.

Lessons are catered around each students’ individual goals for singing. Songs will be selected based on the students musical interests, level, and to create well rounded music learning experience.

Our teachers will introduce beginners to their instrument with a structured, hands-on approach. Violin students will gain a strong musical foundation by learning instrumental technique, how to read music, as well as building music theory and ear training skills.

Intermediate and advanced violin students will delve deeper into music theory, eurythmics, and baroque and contemporary repertoire.

Percussion Lessons

Beginning percussion students will learn instrumental techniques, tone and other skills specific to their instrument. Students will also learn music theory, note reading, and rhythmic skills.

Intermediate and advanced percussion students will refine their musical skills and techniques through learning more challenging music, theoretical approaches, and advanced instrumental techniques.

Drum Lessons

Beginner drum students will learn form and techniques, as well as an emphasis on building improvisation skills and improving their creativity on the kit.

Intermediate and advanced drum students will receive instruction of all major genres and styles of their interest. Students will also learn advanced rhythmic training to develop limb independence on the kit, along with the ability to feel and play in odd meters.

Music Theory Lessons (Ages 10+)

Music Theory students will gain a solid understanding of the fundamentals of music and theoretical concepts.

 

Understanding music theory will support students in all of their future musical pursuits. Music Theory students will take an in-depth look at major and minor keys, as well as different musical modes and tonalities. Students will learn to comprehend rhythm, scales, intervals, and chord functions so they can use them in their own music making.

Composition Lessons (Ages 10+)

Composition students will have the opportunity to study with music composers to develop skills in writing music. Students will take an in-depth look at keys, modes, tonalities, rhythms, intervals and chord functions so that they can begin applying them to their original music.

Composition students will guided through the music writing process with our experienced composition instructors. Additionally, students will learn different ways to notate music so that it can be accessed and performed by other musicians.
